Talibam!

ESP Records, known for releasing key free jazz and free psychedelic albums in the '60s and '70s, is today mostly known as a reissue label.  Only every now and then do they make an exception and publish new musicians - Talibam! is one of these chosen few.  With blistering free jazz energy and technique to spare, Talibam! has become a real torch bearer of the post-Ayler continuum in the 21st century.

On Saturday, December 12th, Talibam! will play John Zorn's club in alphabet city, The Stone. Below is a performance from 2007.
