1849. A sports bar. If you knew me, you would never think that I find myself in sports bars fairly often. I am from Pittsburgh and I have to go somewhere to watch the game and feel the Black and Gold. It’s in our blood, there is NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. And oh, we are the Super Bowl Champions. Last night, the New Orleans Saints put on a great show in the challenge of beating the Indianapolis Colts. 31-17. Awesome! It was clear that the Colts play a tighter game but the Saints played well and strong and seemed to make less mistakes as well as go for important play-decisions. A big passing game.

In these days of H1N1 outbreaks, economic bailouts and shooting rampages, it's hard to find any cheer at all. But today (November 6th, 2009), a thunderous cheer resounded from the Bronx, spreading out across the nation., as the New York Yankees celerated the 27th Worold Series Championship. The team, which more championships than any other team in ALL professional sports, has added another trophy to their already blinding, gold filded case. But this victory is noteable because, for the first time in God knows when, the Yankees were the underdogs.
The "Huff" is the nickname for the work out facility on campus. It is located right next to the dorms and is walking right on the south side of campus. There's multiple basketball courts, volleyball courts, racket-ball courts, state of the art equipment, a rock wall and multiple group work out rooms.
