Burberry. Now, this is one of those stores that when I go shopping (on Broadway that is, but I can’t help but meander towards West Broadway) I usually try to gauge if it’s the perfect timing to slip in and be perfectly ignored without feeling snubbed. And absorb all that plaid. (I know, it's so much more than plaid!) Not to mention that I adore Burberry perfumes.
Regardless, Fashion’s Night Out was a night to celebrate! Everyone was welcome! There was a DJ and a Part-ay. Champagne, flowing, again. And everyone was happy to serve it, happy to have you gracing their presence. Super fantastic. And social like crazy. I had come from work, so I wasn’t all the way decked out, but there were others who had clearly gotten a highly selective memo and were dressed to the T.
Here, D ran into people he knew from Pratt and we hung out briefly but something about the DJ, the champagne and the impending American Apparel Cinderellas that we were, we couldn’t help ourselves but go, go, go.
