Not that I would ever deign to spend the kind of greenbacks necessary to buy the kind of pizza pie hawked to tourists in one of the dreariest commercial parts of town of my own volition. No, sir. But if such overpriced pie slices were gifted unto me by a restaurant proprietor, I would certainly indulge and having indulged, I have only to say: the pizza is worth it! The pizza is good! All hail the pizza. For this pizza you should… pay more than I ever would. Amen.

Bone-tired, dignity-depleted, I walk the decrepit streets of Nolita dragging articles of commerce and a heavy heart. For hours upon hours I tread these streets, the hot sun eclipsing my hope for a better future. The hours pass, the temperature rises and still I have only made $20 extra on commission.
Manual labor-heavy summer jobs are a necessary part of growing up.

On Thursday, August 6th, 2009, the popular Twitter website was stuck by a hacker, thus shutting down the popular site for several hours. On one hand, this criminal should be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for his crimes. Yet, on the other hand, I must salute these person for demonstrating just how pathetic our society has become.
