Peace on a Plate!

Or maybe it’s called Olive Vine Pizza. Nobody really knows. There are so many locations, and so little time. But I’m into this place to a suitable degree, and I want to share it! Why not? It’s there.

 

This Mediterranean joint’s got it all: Hummus, and also hummus. But ALSO oddly tasty pizzas, balls of falafel, spinach pies of indescribable taste (literally: I don’t even remember, but I think my thoughts are positive), a delectable BYOB policy and scrumptious service, by which I mean: hot chicks. Very friendly, knowledgeable, twelve million extra points earned for bringing me free pita.

 

As reported, there are other Olive outposts in Park Slope but this one is special. The backyard is heated--when the weather necessitates heating should you still insist upon eating outside under a tent. Three thumbs up for the hot pita, babaghanouj, pizzas with artichokes, chicken platters and spectres of baklava. I say spectre ‘cause I didn’t try it, but baklava’s never unsatisfactory.
