I was at a dry wedding recently where tea was the only libation. The wedding party served Persian Rose Tea, highly fragrant and delicious on the tongue. Turns out it is made of ceylon bergamot black tea with rose petals, green cardamon and borage.

The maker of the tea is Iranian born New Yorker Nini Ordoubadi of http://taytea.com who is creating her own revolution in tea drinking in the United States.  No ice tea or Snapple for her, for five years she has been blending fabulous combinations of herbs, florals and botanicals with base teas like black, green or oolong.  It's perfume making in tea, and it's exquisite tasting and good-looking.  All the teas are natural and wild-crafted.  She insists on sustainable farming practices, and aims to encourage the ritual of tea making and sipping with friends and family.
